Responsibilities of PE/ CCA Rep
Pre Race
- Constantly remind the class to refer to the cross country website for important announcements and information.
- Check email account daily for updates concerning the cross country meet.
- Post up important information (i.e. date, time, venue, area of assembly, website address, rules & regulations etc) at the class noticeboard.
Race Day
- Assist class marshal (teacher) with attendance taking and class discipline
- Collect number tags from the teachers at the Number Tag Tentage and issue them to classmates who are taking part in the cross country run. Each student will have a pre-designated number tag.
- Responsible for the safekeeping of the extra number tags.
- Consolidate all the number tags and return them to the teachers at the Number Tag Tentage after race. Your class and level will not be dismissed if the number tags are not intact and returned.
Post Race
- Check results at the cross country website
